1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Antonlytics ("Service"), operated by Voidback, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Antonlytics provides knowledge graph database infrastructure, AI-powered querying, and related tools. We offer various subscription tiers with different feature sets and usage limits.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the Service for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not exceed your subscription tier's usage limits

4. Limitation of Liability

• Data Loss: We implement backups but are not responsible for permanent data loss
• Service Interruptions: Downtime, outages, or service degradation
• Inaccurate Results: AI-generated responses or query results
• Security Breaches: While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security
• Business Losses: Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Third-Party Services: Failures or issues with Stripe, AWS, or other infrastructure providers
• Force Majeure: Events beyond our reasonable control

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

5. Data Backup & Recovery

While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We offer backup restoration on a best-effort basis but do not guarantee successful recovery.

6. Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• No refunds for partial months or unused services
• We may modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• Overage charges apply when exceeding tier limits

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Antonlytics to:

• Store or process illegal content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or viruses
• Scrape or abuse the Service
• Resell access without authorization

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data. We retain ownership of the Service, including all code, designs, and documentation. You grant us a license to process your data to provide the Service.

10. Service Level Agreement

We target 99.9% uptime for paid tiers but do not guarantee it. Free tier users receive best-effort service with no uptime guarantees.

11. Modifications to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms by posting changes to this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
