Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive limited payment information from Stripe including last 4 digits, expiration date, and billing address.

Your Data

We store the knowledge graph data you upload, including triplets, ontologies, and metadata. This is your data—we process it to provide the Service but do not claim ownership.

• AI Features: Your data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI agent features
• Analytics: To improve the Service and understand usage patterns

However, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where required by law to retain it longer.

Backups may retain deleted data for up to 90 days.
